By texting the R-Link support number, you consent to receive SMS replies related to your support inquiry. This is an inbound-only support channel. All messaging is initiated by you, the user. R-Link will only send SMS messages in direct response to your inbound texts.
No unsolicited messages will ever be sent. You must text us first to receive a reply.
To stop receiving SMS replies at any time, text STOP to the support number. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Your phone number and message content are used solely for the purpose of handling your support request. We do not sell, share, or use your information for marketing purposes. Messages are processed through Twilio, a certified messaging provider.
This service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
